At the ‘Neulbom School Education Donation Fair’ held at KINTEX in Ilsan from the 13th to the 15th, the National Safety Agency (CEO: Song Seung-geun) announced that it successfully operated the VR safety experience and children’s safety education (CPR education) program.
This program, in collaboration with Hoseo University’s Digital and Early Childhood Education Research Institute (Director: Professor Han Yu-mi), provided children with the opportunity to experience various safety situations directly through VR experience education using cutting-edge educational technology.
According to the organizers, participants experienced various safety education programs such as traffic safety, life safety, and health safety in an immersive manner, which received a great response and enhanced the educational effect. In addition, the VR experience was provided free of charge to participants through collaboration with Inventis, adding even greater value.
Through this event, the National Safety Agency proved that safety experience education using VR is an effective and interesting method for children. Children naturally acquired important safety knowledge through the experience program.
An official from the National Safety Agency said, “We will continue to provide innovative educational opportunities and actively promote safety education through various programs including VR safety experiences and safety education at Neulbom School.”
